What does the active match-operation window mean?+
During the active window, authorized users can create, edit and record tournament matches. Tournament Lite provides 15 active days, while Tournament Pro provides 30 active days.
What happens after the tournament window expires?+
The competition becomes read-only. Teams, players, statistics, public box scores and available PDF reports remain accessible.
Can I purchase several tournament plans in one year?+
Yes. Each tournament plan is purchased separately for one competition. For several annual events, compare the combined tournament cost with the Academy plan.
Can different statisticians record different matches?+
Yes. Tournament Lite includes two statistician users and Tournament Pro includes four.
Can teams and supporters see results without signing in?+
Yes. Public box-score links allow selected match information to be shared without access to the tournament administration area.
Can existing team rosters be imported?+
Yes. Roster importing can reduce preparation time before the tournament begins.
Which plan is suitable for more than 64 teams?+
